Safana Travel LLC

Customer Service Agreement

Effective August 10, 2026

1. Safana’s Role

Safana Travel LLC is an independent medical travel and tourism coordination company. Safana may assist with communication and coordination with independent hospitals, clinics, physicians, hotels, transportation providers, airlines, translators, and other travel-related service providers. Safana is not a hospital, clinic, physician, healthcare provider, or medical facility and does not diagnose medical conditions, prescribe treatment, provide medical advice, or guarantee medical outcomes.

2. Independent Providers

Hospitals, doctors, clinics, airlines, hotels, transportation companies, translators, and other third parties are independent providers. They control their own services, availability, pricing, policies, treatment decisions, and outcomes. Safana does not control or employ these providers unless expressly stated in writing.

3. Client Responsibilities

The client is responsible for providing accurate and complete information, reviewing all quotations and provider instructions, maintaining valid travel documents, following medical advice given by licensed healthcare professionals, and making final decisions regarding treatment and travel.

4. Quotes, Fees & Payments

Hospital and clinic treatment costs are separate from Safana coordination or travel-service fees unless a written Safana quotation specifically states otherwise. Provider quotations may change because of medical findings, treatment changes, currency, availability, or provider policies. Any Safana fee, payment schedule, and included services will be stated in writing before payment is requested.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

Refund eligibility for third-party services depends on the cancellation and refund policies of the applicable hospital, airline, hotel, transportation provider, or other supplier. Safana’s own fees and any applicable refund terms will be stated in the client’s written quotation or service confirmation. Nothing in this agreement limits rights that cannot legally be waived.

6. Medical Information & Coordination

If the client voluntarily provides medical or travel information, the client authorizes Safana to transmit relevant information to the hospitals, clinics, physicians, translators, or service providers selected or approved by the client when reasonably necessary for coordination. Clients should use the secure method requested by Safana for sensitive records rather than the public website contact form.

7. No Guarantees

Safana cannot guarantee hospital acceptance, appointment availability, treatment results, visa approval, immigration decisions, flight schedules, hotel availability, provider pricing, or other decisions made by independent third parties or government authorities.

8. Travel Changes & Emergencies

Travel and medical plans may change because of provider decisions, health conditions, weather, transportation disruption, government action, or other circumstances outside Safana’s reasonable control. Medical emergencies must be handled by qualified healthcare providers or local emergency services.

9. Limitation of Responsibility

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Safana is responsible for the coordination services Safana itself agrees to provide, but is not responsible for the professional acts, omissions, medical decisions, or performance of independent third-party providers. This section does not exclude liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be limited.

10. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, United States, except where another law must apply as a matter of law.

11. Electronic Acceptance

By checking the acceptance box, signing electronically, or otherwise confirming acceptance before Safana begins paid coordination services, the client confirms that they have had an opportunity to read and understand this agreement.
