Please do not send passport numbers, detailed medical records, insurance information, payment-card details, or other highly sensitive information through the public website contact form. Safana may provide a more appropriate method when documents are required for your case.

We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for coordination, recordkeeping, dispute resolution, or legal obligations. Safana uses reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect information, but no electronic transmission or storage method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
